Shipping & Charges
Orders of Lamp Berger lamps, Lamp Berger Oils, Lampe Berger parfum, or
Lamp Berger wicks received by 12:00 CST will be shipped same day. Shipping is free for orders over
$100. For orders under $100, it is a flat rate of $12.50 within the US and $15 for Alaska, and Hawaii.
Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes of 8.517% as required by the state of Oklahoma.
Back Orders and Out Of Stock Merchandise
In the event that a product you order is on backorder you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. All Lampe Berger lamps and fragrances are checked before shipping. They are carefully packed before shipping. If you receive damaged package, please do not accept it and return to sender. If you receive the package, and the merchandise inside is damaged (broken), please
contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of the package to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any packages that do not have a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number, please carefully pack all pieces and packing material and return to us. This must be postmarked/shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the original package. We require you insure the package as it was originally shipped. If the package is received and not damaged but for some reason you wish to return the merchandise, please contact us within 5 business days to get a Return Authorization Number. Once you are given a return authorization number, you are to send us the package packed carefully and insured within the same 5 business days. The freight and insurance charges are your responsibility for the returned merchandise. Once, the merchandise is received by our store, we will check the merchandise for any damage and barring such event, we would refund your credit card. Shipping charges if accrued are not refundable.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lampe Berger lamp,
fragrances, Lampe Berger wicks and Lampe Berger oils. All sales on fragrances are final. Fragrances can not be returned. The lamps can be returned based on the description above.
